Breaking NewsBrief Lockdown at Shivela Middle School Murrieta Police called for a lockdown at Shivela Middle School this morning at 11:10 following a report that was phoned in to dispatch from a person who thought they heard gunshots in the Senior apartments near the school. After police investigated, they lifted the lockdown after 10 minutes. The lockdown was in place as a precautionary measure and at no time were students or staff in any danger.
